What's on your mind?

Does Espresso Volare have special electrical requirements?
No, a standard wall outlet is all we need.

How large of a work area must be provided?
We can adapt our service to almost any space, as small as 4' by 6'.

Disposable vs. Glassware?
We supply disposable service ware at no extra charge; and we will gladly work with glassware supplied by a rental service or your caterer.

Can a potential client come to preview a setup?
Potential clients are welcome to come to any event Espresso Volare is catering in a public facility

Is Espresso Volare licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured.

Will you do a walkthrough or site preview?
When your event is at a location that we have not previously served, we will gladly do a walk-through to help you select the most appropriate location for your espresso bar. We discuss our electrical needs, and make certain we are not in conflict with other vendors' electrical needs.

There is no additional charge to do a site preview, providing it is within the greater Portland and Vancouver area. There is a nominal charge for site previews beyond this range.

In our years of experience doing espresso catering, we have found that almost all events can be planned without a site preview.

Our experience counts in this arena, but above all we want you to be comfortable with the planning process. You are our #1 concern.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How much does it cost?
Each event is customized for you — once we know the time, date, number of people, location, and any special requests you may have, we can provide a prompt quote. Just give us a call!

Is Espresso Volare easy and fun to work with?
ABSOLUTELY!
